About Our Stuffed Animals

What makes Soft & Seen animals unique?
Every animal is designed with love, softness, and inclusivity in mind. They are made from carefully chosen fabrics, sewn with care, and designed to be cuddly, comforting, and welcoming to every body.

Do you take custom requests?
Yes! While we do not currently offer embroidery or monograms (but we will in the future!), we can personalize the animals in meaningful ways. This may include creating limb differences, unique features, or other adaptations to make sure the stuffed friend reflects the person receiving it. If you have an idea in mind, please reach out- we love working with you to bring it to life.

Are your stuffed animals safe for children?
Yes. Our animals are sewn with durability in mind and made from soft, child-safe fabrics. Please note that small details (such as buttons) are recommended for children aged 3 years and up.


Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?
Because each animal is handmade, please allow 7-14 days for creation and processing. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States, but we hope to expand international shipping in the future.

How are the animals packaged?
Each animal is wrapped in lavender tissue paper (our signature color), sealed with our Soft & Seen logo sticker, and carefully packed in a sturdy box. We want your unboxing to feel special and joyful.


Care & Materials

How do I clean my Soft & Seen stuffed animal?
We recommend gentle spot cleaning with mild soap and water. For bigger messes, place the animal inside a pillowcase or laundry bag and wash on a delicate cycle with cold water, then air dry.

What fabrics do you use?
We use soft, high-quality fabrics chosen for both comfort and durability. Fabrics may vary slightly depending on the animal, but all are safe, snuggly, and carefully sourced.


Policies

What is your return policy?
Because each animal is handmade with care, we are not able to accept general returns. Personalized animals (including custom features such as limb differences or unique adaptations) are final sale, since they are made specially for you and cannot be resold.

That said, if there is ever a problem with your order, please reach out right away- we want every Soft & Seen friend to be loved and cherished, and we will always do our best to make things right.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes! We are happy to include a gift note and make your package extra special. Just let us know during checkout.
